Author´s Note
For more than fifteen years, upon receiving
testimonies from several witnesses, I have been
investigating the possibility that Adolf Hitler
would have lived in Argentina, where this Nazi
ideologist could have lived peacefully and protected
after having escaped from Berlin. Having personally
been a pioneer journalist in publishing articles
about this topic in several newspapers as well as
interviews with people who shared moments with
Hitler after WWII. In these pieces, barely spread by
national and international news agencies, have been
a basis for books, documentaries and further
studies. However, in many cases, having been cited
out of context of the general investigation, they
did not acquire the importance that this work has,
by presenting them together with new information in
the form of puzzle pieces which fit perfectly.
After having completed these works, the last one was
my book ‘Bariloche Nazi’ in which I confirm that
Hitler escaped and that the official version of his
suicide is a fraud, created considerable
controversy.
What I mean to say is that as time passes by, the
idea that Hitler did not commit an honorable suicide
but that in fact, like a skilled magician, vanished
in front of an audience who were never able to learn
the final trick, is more verifiable than ever.
The investigation here presented is made up of a
contribution of a titanic-size work to know what
really happened. All this research was carried out
in Argentina; this is why this research is only
based in facts found in this country, which tend to
show that Hitler survived the hecatomb.
The proposed objective in this investigative work is
to gather the greatest amount of proof of the
presence of the Nazi leader in South America. It is
obvious that no clues were left at sight and that
there is a conspiracy of silence among the sectors
involved, which brings serious difficulties when
investigating the case. The escape details, first
from his bunker in Berlin to an European city and
then the long voyage to South America, are not
covered in this work.
Some authors have already made progress on this last
topic and it is clear that in the near future more
material will be available to show that the escape
did take place.
The truth is what motivates this work and revealing
it is part of my contribution to the heritage for
humanity. Documentation, which was classified as Top
Secret and belonging to world powers who
participated in the war, would be very useful if
released.
An important part of this labor was done while I was
a correspondent for ‘DyN’, Diarios y Noticias news
agency in the city of Bariloche, where I have been
living since 1978, and ‘La Mañana del Sur’
newspaper, belonging to the Buenos Aires ‘Ambito
Financiero’.
For several years I have been looking for traces of
Hitler, and now I continue with this endeavor. I
must confess that with each new piece of information
that is known, and this is persistently happening,
even at the time of editing the book amazes me
utterly.
The language used in this book is journalistic,
because it is a work of a reporter and in each
chapter some unknown events, which do not form part
of the official story, are brought to light.
It is an unfinished research, as people and
situations as well as classified official
documentation need to be looked into, to finally
reveal the best kept secret of the 20th century.
